Sex Habits That Scare Men Away
Some women are simply clueless when it comes to things they do that scare men away. Below are some of the top things that send men running to the hills after sex.
1. You compared him to your ex.
This is the ultimate no-no. Even if you made a positive comment such as “you are so much better than my ex,” all he hears is “blah blah blah blah EX.” He will automatically assume you were thinking about your ex while having sex with him, and also wonder why you didn’t mention that he was better than each and every ex you have been with. Thus, the best way to avoid this situation is to never mention your ex, and especially never allude to any sexual relationships you had with your exes.
2. Your bedroom is decorated like an 8 year old girl’s.
Some women just don’t understand that pale purple paint on the walls, seventeen thousand stuffed animals on the bed, and a poster of Twilight on the ceiling above your bed just aren’t sexy. Sure, you may think these things are cute, but you’re not eight years old! A man wants a woman, especially one who’s sexy. No man is going to want to see a bedroom like this more than once. Save the cutesy decorating for when you have kids.
3. You don’t maintain any sense of privacy.
It’s awesome for a man to be in a relationship with a woman who is completely comfortable being herself in front of him. But it’s a total turn-off to hear her belch or pass gass, or to watch her pluck her eyebrows. Sometimes, an air of mystery is a good thing: while your man appreciates that you are well groomed, he doesn’t necessarily need to see you do so.
4. You can’t unplug.
Nothing kills the mood like having the bedroom lit up by the light of your laptop. Sure, you’re both busy, but you need to unplug sometimes. Don’t keep the television on; turn off your laptop, and above all, turn off your cell phone! You don’t need to text your BFF the second you get done having sex: doing so sends a message to your man that he’s not very important to you, or that he wasn’t that good.
5. You’re insecure.
Even if you’re not confident, fake it. The truth is that the majority of men won’t even realize you’re just faking it. On the flip side, they will be turned off by listening to you put yourself down, of having to deal with tip-toeing around your body insecurities. Trust us: your man’s more interested in the fact that you’re having sex with him than the fact that you have an extra five pounds to lose.
