I was a little overwhelmed at first by the sheer amount of information that it presents. After about a week of listening to the various lessons, I started to see the "big picture". Things that I had previously overlooked in past relationships were serious "red flags" according to the course. I did pay good money for this CD series, but two months later I can honestly say that it was a worthwhile investment. My only regret is that I didn't know about eHarmony/CD Coaching series a year ago when I was in the worst relationship of my life. I could have saved myself time and trouble and gotten out before it went downhill.
