Q: What is OnlineDatingMatches and how did it start?
A: OnlineDatingMatches was started by Karen and her partner back in 2006. They started the site because they were tired of seeing the same old tired dating advice. Every single site out there (including the big ones) were nothing more than copypasta. Karen brought a new humorous outlook to the dating advice genre and her own “unique” writing style. The site then evolved to answering various dating advice and relationship questions from members who sent in an email.
Q: What else does OnlineDatingMatches offer that the other sites don’t?
A: Oh you mean besides one-on-one help with your online dating questions and hilarious articles? We also have forums where you can register (for free) as a member and post comments and help out others.
Q: What is your privacy policy? Do you save email addresses?
A: We hate spam. As such we do not sell your information nor share it with anyone. Once a year, you might get an email letting you know about a new cool feature we have added to the site….but that’s about it. We hate getting unsolicited emails and we’re pretty sure you do too. Simply put: We employ a zero tolerance policy against spam.
Q: How much does it cost to register and join your site?
A: It’s absolutely free. We will never charge money for you to join.
Q: Is OnlineDatingMatches an online dating site?
A: We are about online dating and talk about all aspects of it, including industry news. We have a feature that members can fill out a simplified profile that other people can view. If two people happen to meet while being members of our site, then so be it.
